  Well 2011: Beyond Our Comfort Zone

Saturday October 15th, 2011  8:30-5:30

Windhorse Farm, New Germany, NS

Come to this unique workshop and open up to new ways of thinking, speaking and moving differently.

A dynamic team of professionals and friends will lead a day of adventures at Well 2011. We will first learn practical tools for stretching the edge of our comfort zone and how to stay centered when we feel challenged. Then, with those tools in hand and all our senses, we’ll begin exploring what that edge is for each of us. The adventure will involve movement in space, conversation, partner exercises and self-awareness. There will be something for the reserved and the adventurous, men and women.

Bridgewater Century Ride

” It’s a challenging 120km bike ride in beautiful scenery intended for cyclists of all ages and abilities. The ride is timed, but is not a race – some will ride for a quick time, others will enjoy the day out. The route is well marked and has volunteers at crucial junctions, there are feed stations and support vehicles if mechanical or medical support is needed. “.
